Here's another tool that the PSP homebrew devs out there might find useful: Allegro PSP, a PSP port of the Allegro game programming library.

According to dev diedel, Allegro PSP is based on Allegro's 4.3.10plus version. It's already good to go, but since the port is still fresh, additional testing and feedback is needed.
