To install plug-ins you'll need to have a PSP with custom firmware. This Tutorial should work for firmware’s 3.71m33 and up
So Once you have custom firmware, download any plug-in you want. For example the music plug-in PRX which enable custom in game music
The plug-in should be in a Zip file normally and come with a file which has the extension of ".prx" for example. A prx file would look like this "example.prx"So therefore the music prx look like "music.prx"
There should also be 2 text files named vsh.txt and game.txt inside the "seplugins" folder, you'll see some thing like "mso:/seplugins/" copy the content of the seplugin folder to your PSP, to the right place, which is the root of the memory stick, this is the basically the highest point of the memory stick, there may already be a seplugin folder anyway,.
Once you Understand where to all the files, connect your PSP to your computer
Click on the seplugins on your PSP folder. place the "music.prx"(As the example) into the seplugin folder on the PSP memory stick,
Also place the 2 text files in seplugin folder, they will be ".txt" files, if u already have the 2 text files named game.txt, if you’re using this guide then it proably your first time installing plug-ins, so if it is you can simply overwrite vsh.txt and the game.txt file.
After you do that, go to recovery mode on your PSP by holding the R button before turning it on and go down to where it says plug-ins
Look for the plug-ins you downloaded and press x on your PSP to enable the plug-in. after you do that, exit from the recovery mode. Then just try if the plug-ins work
Advanced Plugin Installation Info
If you want install more then one plugin in game.txt and vsh.txt
Simply have it so the text in these files list like so
ms0:/seplugins/music.prx
ms0:/seplugins/other.prx
ms0:/seplugins/other1.prx
Simple as that, it is the same for both files
